The fastest way to a useful answer is a short description of what you are seeing, a photo or two if you have them, and your general area of Collin County.

Llennium Construction, LLC roof inspection and repair

What to include in your message

Four details speed things up: your neighborhood or the nearest major road, the approximate age of the roof or room if you know it, what you are seeing and when it started, and whether an insurance claim is already open. None of these are required, but each one saves a round of back and forth before we can schedule a visit.

Photos from the ground help even when they are not perfectly clear. A picture of a ceiling stain, a shingle in the yard, or a gutter pulling away from the house tells us what to bring to the first visit.

What happens after you reach out

You will get a reply confirming we received your message, along with a proposed inspection window. After a widespread storm, that window can run a few days out since the whole area calls in at once and we work the list in order rather than by who called first.

Active leaks

If water is coming through a ceiling right now, say so in the first line of your message. Active leaks move to the front of the schedule for a temporary cover, and in the meantime, move anything valuable out from under the drip and set a container to catch the water.

Service area

We cover Plano and the surrounding Collin County towns, including Frisco, Allen, McKinney, Richardson, Murphy and Wylie. For an address further out, ask. Some jobs are worth the drive and some are not, and we will tell you honestly which is which.

Estimates and general questions

For a general estimate with no urgency attached, feel free to describe the project in as much or as little detail as you have at this point. We would rather ask a follow up question than guess at what you mean, and a short message is enough to get the conversation started properly.

We reply to every message during regular business days, and if a busy storm week pushes our response out longer than usual, we say so rather than leaving you wondering whether the message went through at all.
